Joy – Communications and HR
At home driving a double decker bus or a beach buggy in the sand dunes, she is always keen to have a go. Very outward going and happy to discuss anything with real empathy and passion. Having been brought up on the beach from a young age she is in her element helping tourists on the sea front going the extra mile to make their stay memorable, while still charging them for parking. She loves working with children and young adults with additional needs and has gained great respect from parents who comment that they can see real improvement in their children. Joy also teaches Makaton and has trained clinical staff to communicate with each other whilst wearing masks during COVID.
