Our passion

We are unique and unlike any other businesses you will find in the high street, or elsewhere for that matter. We are all about Properties and the built environment and are passionate on showing people how they can look after, improve and manage property which is sustainable, cost effective and low carbon. We advocate healthy building principles and demonstrate this in our office where you can come and have a tour of our Feature Walls that have been created to show how reusing materials in your community can be extremely effective, our living walls and herb gardens show how Biophilic design principles can improve health, reduce stress and improve productivity. We embrace a Whole building principle, so our approach is Holistic, we do not promote work in isolation.

 

How we earn a living

Creating these ‘works of art’ is fun and we love to talk about them, however we do need to earn a living so our core business is; Architectural Design, Planning Applications, Building Control, Project Management, Help and Advice, Aerial surveys with detailed reports, 3D modelling of buildings, Feasibility Studies, High level order of costs of project works, H&S and Quality Control, Partnerships, Investors Clubs, Statutory inspection reviews, Green energy, Reducing energy bills and helping to understand the changes leading up to Net Zero Carbon by 2050.

 

Our principles

We strive to be Open and Honest and give the good and not so good news in equal measure to allow you to make informed decisions. We explain what technical terms mean and try to cut through Red Tape and put in plain language what things mean. We have a pragmatic approach to buildings and in order to simplify what are sometimes complex issues we try to explain them, so they make sense.

 

Our aims

We are Westonians and want to do the best for our communities, we always feel at home when walking on the sea front and the wide vista of the beach lawns. The properties in the town centre and further afield are not always presented in a favourable way. We want to work with owners to improve this and make Weston somewhere people choose to visit and enjoy the Sea Side.

 

How you can help

Don’t fall into the mindset that you cannot make a difference, because each of us can do small things to make our lives better and at the same time collectively make a difference. By improving your property in the right way and saving energy you can reduce Carbon. By creating a stunning Living Wall, you will increase biodiversity and improve wellbeing and happiness. Using water from the roof to create a rainwater garden and helping it get into the water table can help prevent local flooding and provide a haven for insects and bees.
