Dennis – Logistics and energy

With a background in the armed forces, planning and coordination are essential skills. Developing his early college training in hospitality and his keen passion for catering, Dennis led a national brewery chain into the carvery business with great success.

He passes his skills onto the younger generation through teaching army cadets and mentoring and supporting European-wide rugby tournaments. He is at home in a kayak, abseiling down a rock face, on skis in the Alps, or teaching survival skills in a woodland.
